Before Your Class

Arrive about 10 minutes early so you have time to settle in.

Comfortable clothes, grip socks, and water are all you need. Don’t have grip socks? We’ve got you.

And if anything’s going on with your body that I need to now about, we'll discuss it before class. I build around you, not the other way around.

During Your Session

Every session is tailored to your body — not a one-size-fits-all routine.

I’ll guide you through each movement on professional-grade reformers and classical equipment, with hands-on cueing for breath, alignment, and engagement.

No experience needed. No judgment. Just intentional movement at your pace.

After You Leave
